Where else can you visit a "Potato Park"?


One of Peru's new attractions is gaining popularity as visitors to the country explore a widening array of culinary expeditions.  It is Parque de la Papa, or Potato Park - located near Cuzco.  The 22,000-acre potato preserve grows more than 1300 varieties and visitors can spend the here  and learn of agricultural biodiversity and how it effects daily lives here.

Included on the tour are Kinsaqocha Lake, fields of native potatoes, and handicrafts & medicinal plants workshops,
End the visit with dinner at the park's Papamanka Restaurant, where you can sample a variety of potato dishes while taking in spectacular views of the park.
