New Hotels to consider

 

Westin Libertador Lima 

Located in the heart of the city's financial and shopping district, San Isidro, the Westin Libertador Lima will be the largest convention center and hotel in the country.  The 301 spacious rooms and suites will be equipped with the Westin signature Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath amenities. Also available are WiFi access, 37" LCD, Direct TV, Minibar, 24-hour room service, free shoe polish service, and butler service.  There are three food and beverage outlets as well as the Club on 29  - executive club lounge.   The Spa at Westin is reported to be the largest and most elegant in the city.   Think of this hotel for your next incentive group or conference.


JW Marriott Cuzco - DEC 2011


The hotel is being built on the site of the ancent San Agustin Monastery in the historical center of Cuzco.  It will feature 144 rooms and 6 luxury suites as well as the usual superb services one finds in JW Marriott hotels. Stay tuned for updates on this new property in the coming months.


Casa Andina Chiclayo

It has just been announced that the Gran Hotel Chiclayo is now part of the exclusive Peruvian hotel chain, Casa Andina and will undergo a complete renovation to meet the highest standards of quality for which the Casa Andina is known.  This is the first expansion into the north and we expect that this area will see many more changes in years to come as it gains popularity for its fantastic archaeological excavations.


Orient Express - Cusco - 2012

This hotel is being built next door to the famed Monasterio Hotel - also run by Orient Express - on the site of the Monastery of Las Nazarenas.  The total area of the monastery is 5000 square meters which will be transformed into 56 deluxe rooms and suites, a spa, restaurant, heated pool, business center and meeting rooms.  The exact opening date has not yet been fixed, nor has the name been formally announced.  Stay connected to Panorama Peru for up to date information on this new luxury hotel.
